Our Policies

At SULA Designs, we strive to provide exceptional service while maintaining clear, fair policies for all our clients. Please review the following guidelines for our interior design, construction, and project management services:

Consultations:

  • Initial consultations are complimentary and last up to 60 minutes

  • Follow-up consultations are billed at our standard hourly rate

Contracts and Payments:

  • All projects require a signed contract before work begins

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your project start date

  • Remaining balance is due in installments as outlined in the contract

  • We accept bank transfers and occasionally checks based on the situation.

Change Orders:

  • Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be approved in writing

  • Change orders may affect project timeline and costs

Timeline and Delays:

  • Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith but may be subject to change

  • Delays due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, permit issues) will be communicated promptly

Client Responsibilities:

  • Timely decision-making and communication

  • Providing access to the project site as needed

  • Prompt payment according to the agreed schedule

Warranty and Guarantees:

  • Our work is guaranteed for one year from project completion

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all products and materials used

Confidentiality

  • We respect client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality

  • Project details may be used for portfolio purposes with client approval

Termination:

  • Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice

  • Clients are responsible for costs incurred up to the termination date

Insurance:

  • SULA Designs maintains comprehensive business insurance

  • Clients are advised to maintain appropriate property insurance
